Bitey Games is a brand of Tecziq Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Tecziq", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in India. Bitey Games operates globally, so this policy is written to cover players from any country, including the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and California.

• Account data: email, display name, password hash, sign-in provider (e.g. Google).
• Gameplay data: games played, sessions, scores, achievements, tournament entries, leaderboard rank.
• Wallet & purchases: coin/gem balances, transactions, purchase history. Payment card details are handled by our payment providers; we only receive a token and last-4/brand.
• Device & log data: IP address, browser, OS, device type, approximate location (from IP), timestamps, error logs.
• Advertising data: ad impressions, clicks, and rewarded-video completions, plus identifiers set by our ad partners when you consent to advertising cookies.
• Support: messages you send us.

• Provide, secure, and improve the platform and games.
• Run wallets, tournaments, leaderboards, achievements, and XP progression.
• Process purchases and prevent fraud/abuse.
• Show ads (personalised only with your consent) and pay developers their revenue share.
• Send service messages; marketing only with your consent.
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms.

• Contract: to run your account and process purchases.
• Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, product analytics, non-personalised ads.
• Consent: personalised ads, marketing emails, non-essential cookies.
• Legal obligation: tax, accounting, responding to lawful requests.

We use three categories of cookies:

• Strictly necessary — sign-in, session, security. Always on.
• Analytics — understand product usage.
• Advertising — Google AdSense and similar partners for personalised ads.

You can change your choices at any time using the Cookie preferences control. We honour Google Consent Mode v2 signals so partners see your choice.

• Hosting & database: Supabase and Cloudflare (global infrastructure).
• Payments: Stripe, Razorpay.
• Advertising: Google AdSense (when you consent).
• Email: transactional email providers.
• Game developers: receive aggregated analytics and per-game gameplay data required to run their game and earn revenue.

We are based in India and use service providers in the US, EU, and other regions. Where required, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations. Aggregated/anonymised data may be kept indefinitely.

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your data, and to object to certain processing. EEA/UK residents may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Indian users have rights under the DPDP Act, 2023. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA. Bitey Games is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country, such as 16 in parts of the EEA). We do not knowingly collect data from children below that age. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, row-level security in our database, and least-privilege access. No system is 100% secure; we will notify affected users of a material breach as required by law.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be highlighted on the site or by email. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
