Terms of Service

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Tecziq Solutions Pvt. Ltd., an Indian company operating the Bitey Games brand and platform ("Bitey Games", "we", "us"). Bitey Games is available globally. By using the platform you accept these Terms.

• You must be at least 13 (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account.
• One person, one account. Do not impersonate others or misuse another player's account.

Bitey Games hosts web games from third-party developers, plus features such as wallets, XP, achievements, leaderboards, tournaments, and rewards. Availability of specific games and features may change at any time.

• Coins and gems are a limited licence to use in-platform features. They are not real money, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Purchases of gems or coin packs are, to the maximum extent permitted by law, non-refundable once credited to your wallet, except where required by consumer-protection law.
• We may adjust balances to correct errors, fraud, or abuse.
• If your account is terminated for breach, unused virtual currency is forfeited.

• Tournaments may have entry fees (in coins/gems) and prize pools defined per event.
• Results are calculated from validated gameplay events; suspected cheating disqualifies entries.
• Where local law restricts contests or requires licences, features may be limited or unavailable in your region.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Razorpay, or other providers we may add. Applicable taxes (e.g. GST in India, VAT elsewhere) will be shown at checkout. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.

The platform is partly funded by advertising, including Google AdSense. With your consent we show personalised ads; without it we show non-personalised ads. Rewarded ads grant in-platform currency as described in the ad placement.

• No cheating, botting, reverse-engineering, or exploiting bugs to gain rewards.
• No harassment, hate speech, or illegal content in usernames, chats, or reports.
• No scraping, resale, or unauthorised commercial use of the platform.
• No attempt to break security, rate limits, or access data you are not entitled to.

Games, brands, and content belong to their respective owners or to us. You get a limited, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial play. You keep any rights in content you submit but grant us a worldwide licence to host and display it as needed to run the service.

Third-party games are provided by their developers. We are not responsible for their content, but we may remove games that violate our policies. Developers must comply with a separate developer agreement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or where required by law. You can close your account at any time via account settings or by emailing support.

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the platform is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) INR 5,000. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you enjoy in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified on the site or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
